This Privacy Policy explains what data the AAPNETRA application (the "App"), operated by GrokMeadia ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects. We have designed the App so that it does not collect any personal information from its users.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following from you:

Your name, phone number, email address, or postal address
Device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, or advertising ID / IDFA)
Precise or approximate location, or GPS data
Your contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS, or photo library
Browsing history, reading history, or in-app usage tracking of individuals
Biometric data or any special-category personal data
Push-notification tokens used for advertising

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, fingerprinting, or any tracking technology. The App contains no ads and no social-media logins.

2. Access via Login (Credentials Only)

To enter the private monitoring dashboard, authorised team members sign in with a username and password. These credentials are the only identifying information involved:

Passwords are hashed (never stored or transmitted in plain text) and used solely to verify the same registered account on subsequent logins.
Credentials are processed only to enable secure, authenticated access to the protected dashboard.
These credentials are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for any purpose.

If you are an authorised user but do not wish to log in, you may simply not use the authenticated features; the App itself introduces no data collection on its own.

3. Public Media Content Shown in the App

The App displays political news, social-media posts, and web content that are publicly available and aggregated for media monitoring. This is curated media intelligence and is not user-provided content. We do not combine this public content with any personal data of our users, and we do not profile or track users based on it.

4. Data Security

All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS. Access tokens used during a session are short-lived and revocable. Although we collect no personal data, we still apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our platform.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal data, we hold no children's data.

6. Your Consent

By using the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Use of the public features requires no sign-up; use of the protected dashboard requires an authorised account, which is provided to authorised team members only.
